Following up on the positive response by David, Doug and Marge, I have prepared a telephone tree list so that we can make calls on Monday and Tuesday, March 11 and 12 (or on Sunday 10, if you would like). Please open the accompanying attachment for you contact, their telephone numbers and a suggested protocol. Please let me know the results of your calls by Wednesday evening.
Marge, would you please make sure that Debbie sees this message and attachment. Also would either you or she let me know via phone call or e-mail if she will make the calls.
By the end of next weekend, I will forward to each of you a file with names and contact information for all respondents as well as a consolidated compilation of the survey responses so that we can draw some conclusions from the results and make some decisions regarding our recommendations for possible date and locations. It may be that exchange our individual thoughts via an exchange of e-mails.
I will also send a separate message to David and Peter so they can send their message to request assistance in creating a CD COOP III web site. I would suggest that the message include a brief description of what David and Peter would like to do. The description could be followed with a list of the products and services that will be needed. If David and Peter agree that a budget is needed please add one. We may want to raise funds for the web site. Any thoughts?
